Seed Savers
The Seed Savers Network is a non-profit group of like-minded people who are interested in saving seeds and saving our plant heritage - and growing and eating fruit and vegetables from seeds and plant stock that has been passed on through families and friends.
As a member of Caboolture Seed Savers you can learn about and be a part of the preservation, distribution and exchange of seeds in our local area and share seeds and experiences with others.
Member benefits include:
- Monthly meetings which include either a workshop or guest speaker
- A quarterly newsletter
- Access to local seeds and plant material
- Meeting other like minded individuals
Caboolture Seeds Savers currently meet on the 4th 'Seedy Saturday' of the month ' at CREEC (the Caboolture Region Environmental Education Centre) at 150 Rowley Rd, Burpengary at 10am.
Seeds Savers is a 'sister group' to Caboolture Permaculture.
